Need help with a game, an account, or a purchase? Here's how to reach us.

Email

The fastest path is email: support@allmobile.app.

To help us respond quickly, please include:

  • The game name (e.g. Masters of Elements).
  • Your in-game nickname or account email.
  • Platform (browser + OS, or Windows 10/11 if Microsoft Store edition).
  • A short description of what happened, what you expected, and any error message.
  • Screenshots if applicable.

Bug reports

For reproducible bugs, please add:

  • Steps to reproduce.
  • The approximate time the bug occurred (your local time zone is fine).
  • Any console errors if you can see them (browser DevTools → Console tab).

Account recovery

If you have lost access to your account, email us from the address tied to the account. We may ask for additional details (approximate registration date, last in-game purchase) to verify ownership before resetting credentials.

Refunds and purchases

For purchases made through Microsoft Store, refund requests must be filed through Microsoft. See Microsoft's refund policy at support.microsoft.com.

For other purchases, contact us at support@allmobile.app and we will respond within 5 business days.

Privacy and data requests

GDPR/UK GDPR data requests (access, correction, deletion) are handled by the same support address. Send the request from the email tied to your account so we can verify it.

Most messages get a first response within 1–3 business days.
