By accessing or playing any AllMobile game, or by using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play our games. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity on your account. Notify us at support@allmobile.app if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or game-specific fair-play rules.

3. Conduct and chat

Several of our games include chat or social features. You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
  • Post sexual, hateful, or illegal content.
  • Share personal information about other players without consent.
  • Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorised software/automation.
  • Spam, advertise, or attempt to phish other players.

We may remove content and restrict accounts that break these rules. Reports go to support@allmobile.app.

4. Virtual goods and purchases

In-game currency, items, and add-ons are licensed to you for use inside the game; they have no monetary value outside the game and cannot be cashed out, traded for legal tender, or transferred between accounts. Purchases are final except where refund rules apply (e.g. Microsoft Store statutory rights).

5. Updates and service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any game at any time, with or without notice. We aim to keep services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If a service is permanently shut down, we will give reasonable advance notice where practical.

6. Intellectual property

All game art, code, sound, names, and text are the property of AllMobile or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the games for entertainment; you may not reverse-engineer, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content.

7. Disclaimers

The games and this site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the services will be error-free, secure, or always available.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllMobile's total liability arising from your use of the services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or where the law does not permit limitation.

9. Governing law

Unless your local law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AllMobile is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
